Barbara launched this company with the goal of reaching as many workers as possible to inform them about the necessity of working safely while on the job. She takes the safety and lives of the employees as seriously as her own. Giving only the absolute soundest of safety instruction while working on the job. There is no reason we shouldn’t be one hundred percent confident in the safety procedures needed to complete each task. Especially with an abundance of schedule flexibility and our company’s availability to assist you with your training needs with heavy equipment operator, construction operator and warehouse operator training in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Tennessee.
The reason she is so driven to train on the specifics of safety to reach every person she can reach is her family got the “Call”
Her family received a call many years ago informing them of a workplace incident that resulted in the loss of her 18-year-old nephew. The event was a needless, senseless incident that didn’t have to happen. The company didn’t provide the necessary equipment training to the operator of a forklift. In fact, no safety training was given to any of the new employees. The young men were given brief instructions and left alone to perform the tasks without supervision to do their jobs safely. The forklift driver had not been trained on the dynamics of the stability triangle of the forklift and was doing donuts with the forklift where he lost control. Her nephew was pinned between the weight of the battery and a metal girder. It crushed his head. They buried him five days later. She doesn’t want another family to get the same call, so much so that her entire career is geared and set up to ensure the safety of on-site employees. This is why we emphasize the importance of our OSHA safety training Arkansas . This can include training on the excavator, skid steer, backhoe & dozer equipment.
